How this course works
- 45 hours of study time must be recorded before the final exam. Time counts while you are actively working through the modules.
- The final exam opens two and a half weeks after you enrol at the earliest — a Department of Real Estate rule, even if you finish the modules sooner.
- You must finish within one year of enrolling — a Department of Real Estate rule. After that you would need to re-enroll.
- You get 2 attempts at the final exam. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the course starts over from the beginning.
- The final exam is proctored. You invite a proctor through the site — an adult who is not related to you — who checks your photo ID, starts the exam and certifies afterwards that the rules were followed.
