Additional school policy and procedures

  • The final examination is open book. It cannot be printed or downloaded.
  • The final examination is supervised by a proctor the student designates through the course website. The proctor may not be related to the student by blood, marriage, domestic partnership or any other relationship (for example, a future responsible broker) that could influence how the exam is administered. The proctor registers with Passpoint Academy, verifies the student's photo identification immediately before the exam, authorizes the start of the exam, and certifies afterwards that every examination rule was followed. The exam is never furnished directly to the student.
  • 45 hours of active study time must be recorded on the course website before the final examination opens.
  • Modules must be completed in order; each module's quiz must be passed before the next module opens.
  • The final examination opens no sooner than two and one-half weeks after the student first has access to the course material.
  • The course must be completed within one year from the date of registration.
